Bill 1548 (introduced by Senator Charles Dean) would impose a
state-wide restriction on overnight anchoring within 200 feet of the
high water mark of residential property, severely limiting access to
state waters. House
Committee Bill PCB HWSS 15-06 (introduced by Representative Holly
Raschein) deals with derelict vessels without changing current anchoring
law. Go to the PGSC website and read more. Included is a BOAT US guide to write your representatives.
