A status update was provided at the City of Cape Coral – Committee of the Whole held on February 10, 2021. Discussions were had regarding the project background, regulatory agency meetings, benthic survey, and next steps for the project. The mooring field layout was discussed and “Option 2” was selected by the Council members. The next phases of the project includes the design, permitting, and construction phases.
